Welcome to My Daily Focus Fix.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Daily Focus Fix website, web application, software, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About My Daily Focus Fix

My Daily Focus Fix is a productivity and organizational application designed to help users identify priorities, organize tasks, improve focus, and manage daily activities.

The Service may include tools such as task organization, goal setting, reminders, productivity frameworks, educational content, and related features.

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued as the Service evolves.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

My Daily Focus Fix may be useful for individuals who experience challenges with attention, focus, organization, executive functioning, or productivity, including people with ADHD.

However, My Daily Focus Fix is not a medical service, mental health service, diagnostic tool, therapy service, or substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other healthcare professional relationship.

Nothing provided through the Service should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to begin, discontinue, or change medical or mental health treatment.

If you have questions regarding ADHD, mental health, medication, or another medical condition, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless unauthorized activity is caused by circumstances reasonably outside your control.

You may not knowingly allow another person to impersonate you or use your account in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Eligible users may receive a 10-day free trial, after which the selected subscription automatically converts to:

• $9.99 per month, or

• $79.00 per year

unless canceled before the trial ends.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are further governed by our Terms of Sale and Subscription.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use My Daily Focus Fix for lawful personal purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any intellectual property to you.

You may not:

1. copy, reproduce, sell, license, rent, or redistribute the Service or its proprietary content except as expressly permitted;

2. use the Service primarily to create or operate a competing product or service;

3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, probe, or attempt to discover source code or underlying proprietary technology except where such restriction is prohibited by law;

4. bypass or attempt to bypass security, authentication, subscription, access-control, or usage limitations;

5. interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Service;

6. introduce malicious software, automated attacks, or harmful code;

7. use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity; or

8. remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

6. Your Content and Data

You may enter tasks, goals, notes, preferences, or other information into the Service.

You retain ownership of content that you create and submit, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for us to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through the Service does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

7. Intellectual Property

My Daily Focus Fix and its associated software, branding, designs, workflows, graphics, written content, templates, features, trademarks, and other proprietary materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license provided in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, security concerns, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify features or functionality as we improve and develop My Daily Focus Fix.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or contain links to third-party platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, integrations, or other services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, content, or practices that we do not control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Daily Focus Fix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, secure, or suitable for every user's individual needs.

We do not guarantee particular productivity, personal, educational, professional, financial, medical, or behavioral outcomes.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

This may include loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or productivity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;

• fraudulent or unlawful activity;

• misuse of the Service;

• security threats;

• failure to pay required subscription fees; or

• conduct that materially harms the Service, our users, or others.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Cancellation of a subscription and deletion of an account may be separate actions. Canceling billing does not necessarily delete your account or associated data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Service, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

When material changes are made, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any disputes shall be handled in an appropriate court located in Georgia unless applicable law provides you with another right or venue.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Terms of Sale and Subscription, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of My Daily Focus Fix.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Sale and Subscription apply to subscriptions purchased for My Daily Focus Fix ("My Daily Focus Fix," "App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Free Trial

My Daily Focus Fix currently offers eligible new subscribers a 10-day free trial.

You will not be charged during the free trial period. Unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, your selected paid subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial.

Only one free trial may be available per user unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional trial offers for future subscribers.

2. Subscription Plans

After the 10-day free trial, your subscription will automatically continue using the plan you selected during registration:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month

• Annual Plan: $79.00 per year

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

3. Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor, including Stripe where applicable, to charge the payment method associated with your account for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and authorized purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.

If payment cannot be processed, we may temporarily suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are recurring and automatically renew unless canceled.

By beginning a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing interval you selected.

Your monthly subscription will renew approximately every month, and your annual subscription will renew approximately every 12 months, until canceled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation options available within your account or by contacting us.

To avoid being charged following your free trial, you must cancel before the 10-day trial period expires.

To avoid a future renewal charge, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally result in a refund for subscription fees already paid.

After cancellation, you may continue using paid features through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise.

We do not normally provide partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

7. Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

Any price change will apply prospectively and will not change charges already paid. Where required, existing subscribers will receive reasonable notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.

If you do not agree with a new subscription price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Personal Use

Your subscription is intended for your personal use unless we expressly offer another type of license.

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, reproduce, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized access to the App, its content, templates, systems, software, or proprietary materials.

9. No Guaranteed Results

My Daily Focus Fix is designed to help users organize priorities, focus on important tasks, and develop more manageable productivity routines.

Individual experiences and results vary.

We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in specific productivity, professional, educational, financial, behavioral, or personal outcomes.

10. Chargebacks and Billing Questions

If you believe there is an error with your subscription or billing, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this provision prevents you from exercising rights available through your financial institution or under applicable law.

11. Acceptance

By starting a free trial, creating a paid subscription, or completing a purchase through My Daily Focus Fix, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale and Subscription.
